2027학년도 전기 외국인 특별전형 1차 면접일정을 아래와 같이 안내드립니다.

첨부된 면접 일정을 확인 후 본인의 면접에 참여하여 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 면접기간:
   2026. 10. 29. ~ 10. 30.
2. 
   면접장소 및 시간:
   - 학과별로 상이하오니, 반드시 본인의 면접일자와 시간을 확인하시기 바랍니다.

• - 화상 또는 전화 면접 진행 (한국시간 기준)
    (화상면접의 경우 인터넷,  오디오등  사전에 면접 환경 준비 및 확인 필요-미준비로 인한 면접 불참시 모든 책임은 지원자 본인에게 있음)
  - 면접 참여시 화상면접의 경우 참여자의 ID를 수험번호 + 본인의 풀네임 기재)

• - 일부 학과는 대면면접을 요구하므로, 해당자는 반드시 정해진 일시에 지정된 장소에서 면접에 참여해야 합니다.

• - 온라인 원서 접수시 국내체류로 선택한 지원자는 '국내체류자(Applicants residing in Korea)' 에 해당합니다.

• 
  유의사항:

• -국내 체류자 중 대면 면접 대상자는 외국인등록증 또는 여권을 지참하고, 면접 시작 20분 전까지 면접장소에 도착하여 대기 바랍니다.
• -대리 면접 적발 시 불합격 처리되며 Zoom 면접시 부정프로그램 사용의심시 불합격 처리 될 수 있습니다.
• -면접 미응시 및 3회 이상 화상/전화 연결 실패 시 불합격 처리됩니다.
• -연락처 기재 오류, 공지사항 미확인, 연결 오류 등으로 인해 면접에 불참할 경우 재면접이 불가능하며 모든 책임은 지원자 본인에게 있습니다
• -면접은 여러 지원자를 대상으로 정해진 일정에 따라 진행되므로, 개인 사정이나 지원서 기재 오류로 인한 면접 일정 변경은 불가능합니다.

Jeonbuk National University Graduate School Interview Schedule – Spring 2027 Admission (1st Round)

We are pleased to inform you of the interview schedule for the 2027 Spring Semester Graduate School Admission (Round 1).

Please refer to the attached files and participate in the interview as scheduled.

1. Interview Period:
   2026. 10. 29. ~ 10. 30.

2. 
   Interview Schedule:

   • -The interview time and location vary depending on the department.
   • -All interview times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST).
   • -For online interviews, applicants must prepare and check their interview environment in advance, including their internet connection, video, and audio.
     -Applicants are solely responsible for any failure to attend the interview due to inadequate preparation.
     (When joining the online interview, applicants must set their display name to their application number and full name)
   • -Applicants are requested to set their Zoom or Microsoft Teams display name as their application number and full name when joining the Zoom meeting.

   Important Notes:

• -For in-person interviews: Applicants must arrive at least 20 minutes before the scheduled time and bring either their Alien Registration Card or
  Passport for identification.
• -If someone else attends the interview on your behalf, your application will be disqualified immediately.
• -Any suspected use of unauthorized programs during the Zoom interview may result in disqualification.
• -Applicants who fail to establish a video or phone connection three or more times or failure to attend the interview will result in disqualification.
  (For online interviews, it is necessary to prepare and check the interview environment in advance, including internet connection, video, and audio and participants are also requested to set ID to applicant's application number and full name)

• -If an applicant fails to attend the interview due to incorrect contact information, failure to check announcements, or other reasons, no additional interview will be arranged, and the applicant will be solely responsible for any consequences.
• -Applicants who selected “residing in Korea” when submitting the online application are classified as “Applicants residing in Korea.”
• -As interviews are conducted according to a fixed schedule for multiple applicants, interview schedules cannot be changed due to personal circumstances or errors in the information provided by applicants.
