주제 : Development and Assembly of an Active 3/2 way Microvalve
1. Microvalves are one of the most important micro fluidic components. Besides pumps and flow sensors, active valves are critical components in micro fluidic systems.
2. The development of the first micro valve began approximately in the year 1979.In the meantime a multiple of micro valves with different actuation principles are introduced.
3. The micro and miniature valves usage lies in many different areas of application, e.g. the medical technology, air and space travel, analysis technology and the automotive engineering. Thus a clear market potential for micro valves is present.
Conclusion : Thus an Active 3\2 Way Microvalve is realized by combing two 2 way NC valve.
