College of Nursing Holds '2025 Nightingale Comprehensive Academic Festival and Outcomes Presentation'

College of Nursing (Dean Professor Jeong Seok-hee) held the '2025 Nightingale Comprehensive Academic Festival and Outcomes Presentation' at Nightingale Hall at 4:00 PM on December 1.

This event was carried out as part of a national university development project and was organized to activate academic exchanges related to students' majors and to strengthen the creative and interdisciplinary convergence competencies required for future nursing professionals.


The academic festival featured various presentations covering all aspects of nursing activities, including nursing research, nursing education, clinical practice, and nursing administration. Students shared research findings based on their coursework and practicum experiences, team projects, and practice-centered cases, maintaining active academic exchange.


At the outcomes presentation, the College of Nursing introduced the customized major programs it operated during 2025, which received a strong response. Major programs presented included ▲ Future Nursing Talent Glocal Competency Enhancement Program ▲ BLS Provider Certification Course ▲ Smart Advanced Hospital Tour ▲ Department-Specific Employment Rate Enhancement Program ▲ Global PBL Program (United States · Japan) ▲ Global Korean Nurses Foundation (GLP) Program ▲ Internationalization Competency Activity Group. The presenting students shared experiences of enhanced professional competence and learning outcomes gained through program participation, demonstrating that the College of Nursing's extracurricular education substantively contributes to strengthening practical competencies.

 


Dean Jeong Seok-hee of the College of Nursing said, "I would like to extend my sincere encouragement to the students who have expanded their professional competencies through participation in various extracurricular programs as well as through the curriculum," adding, "I hope today's experience will become a solid foundation for their future professional nursing activities."
