The JIANT-IT Project Group operates tailored programs—including long-term overseas study, dual-degree programs, industry capstone design, and collaborative research with regional research institutes—to strengthen the capabilities of graduate students and early-career researchers. The group aims to nurture "Giant Scholars" representing Jeollabuk-do.

Project Group Director Lee Ji-hoon said, "This achievement proves that the Division of Electronics and Information Engineering, built on outstanding education and research capabilities, serves as a proven cradle for cultivating top-tier talent. We expect JBNU-trained researchers to excel on the global stage and take on even greater challenges."
