Jeonbuk National University (JBNU) operates the Children’s Foodservice Management Support Center in Deokjin‑gu, Jeonju. Kim Na-eun, a team member of the center, received the "2025 Commendation from the Commissioner of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety for Contributions to Foodservice Safety Management."

Since joining in 2015, Kim has for more than ten years been responsible for children's nutrition management and for supporting hygiene and safety at meal service sites. She has made a significant contribution to improving the meal management standards of local children's meal service sites.

In particular, her consistent on-site inspections and tailored nutrition and hygiene training were recognized for helping to foster healthy eating habits among children and to create a safer meal environment, earning her this commendation.

Kim Na-eun said, "I will continue to work on hygiene, safety, and nutrition management at children's meal service sites in Deokjin‑gu and will do my utmost to create a healthy and safe meal environment for local children."
