Jeonbuk National University (JBNU) and Jeonju Chamber of Commerce and Industry Join Forces to Promote National Qualification Examinations

Jeonbuk National University (JBNU) has partnered with the Jeonju Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Chairman Kim Jeong-tae) to promote participation in national qualification examinations and strengthen the employment competitiveness of local talent.

 

The two institutions held a formal signing ceremony on November 3 at 5:00 PM in the meeting room on the 7th floor of the Jeonju Chamber of Commerce and Industry. President Yang O-bong and Chairman Kim Jeong-tae, along with key officials from both organizations, attended the ceremony.

 

Through this agreement, the two institutions agreed to provide and promote information related to the schedules and application procedures for national qualification examinations, and to establish a system for encouraging exam participation and for administrative cooperation.

 

They will also jointly implement various programs and campaigns to improve certification attainment rates and enhance employability, and will review progress and seek improvement measures through regular consultative meetings.

 

In particular, the two institutions plan to continue close cooperation, identify and share best practices, and work together to spread positive impacts throughout the local community.

 

President Yang O-bong said, "This agreement is a meaningful cooperation between the university and local economic organizations to raise young people's practical competencies and strengthen the employment competitiveness of local talent," adding, "Going forward, JBNU will continue to expand its partnerships with various institutions to support student development and local job creation."
