The College of Veterinary Medicine (Dean Park Sang-yeol) achieved a 100% pass rate in the recently announced 68th Veterinary National Examination, and student Park Seong-hyun earned the nationwide top score, creating a double cause for celebration.
The JBNU College of Veterinary Medicine announced on the 23rd that all 49 candidates scheduled to graduate this year who took the exam passed. Notably, the JBNU College of Veterinary Medicine, which produced the nationwide top scorer in 2019, has once again produced the nationwide top scorer this year, reaffirming its status as the country’s leading training ground for veterinarians.
JBNU College of Veterinary Medicine’s strong national performance in the Veterinary National Examination each year reflects the synergy of the faculty’s dedication, a systematic educational system, and the students’ commitment.
Park Seong-hyun, who earned the nationwide top score, said, “I am pleased and honored that my efforts throughout the entire program at the JBNU College of Veterinary Medicine have been recognized. I am grateful to the professors who provided high-quality education and abundant experience over the six years, to my classmates who prepared for the exam with me, and to my family.”
Dean Park Sang-yeol said, “The 100% pass rate is the result of the faculty’s passionate teaching, the university’s active support, and the students’ efforts,” and added, “We will strive to train veterinarians who are not only the best in the nation but also in Asia.”
