Under the agreement, the two parties agreed to build a cooperative network for the exchange of cutting-edge technologies and information, and to operate industry–university collaborative research and field training to develop specialized and interdisciplinary talent.

They also pledged to jointly create an Industry-University Cooperation platform capable of meeting the needs of companies and students.

Executive Director Park Kyung-gon said, "By establishing a cooperation model with JBNU, we will go beyond operational cooperation and lead the realization of social value by responding quickly to the rapidly expanding IT services market and the increasingly diverse demands of customers through technology collaboration that concentrates the expertise of both organizations. In particular, through cloud business cooperation and technology exchange, we will take the first step into the digital twin field, cooperate to enter the cloud domain, and make our best efforts to achieve tangible outcomes for regional development."

President Kim Dong-won responded, "This agreement with Itisen Group is an opportunity for remarkable advancement by expanding channels for cloud business related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution and by diversifying the activation of cloud services. We will actively work to establish a sustainable mutual cooperation system in the public cloud market with Itisen Group by proactively leveraging the university's research capabilities and resources."
