The Entrepreneurship Education Center (Director Professor Hwang Un-jung) concluded the "Startup Design School (2nd Cohort)", held January 4–6, with a highly positive response. The program was aimed at strengthening students' startup capabilities.

Delivered online and offline, the program featured Park Jae-hyun, Director of the Korea Brand Research Institute, widely known as a leading authority in marketing; Lee Jun, Cell Head at Kakao; and Park Se-young, CEO of UnniGgudu and an alumna of Jeonbuk National University (JBNU). They shared various startup-related experiences and stories with the students.

The program covered topics such as "Branding and Marketing," "Startup Mindset and Process," and "Creative Perspectives and Rare Ideas in Entrepreneurship." It targeted students who are currently starting businesses or who are interested in entrepreneurship. Leading authorities and successful entrepreneurs in the startup field provided practical advice, and opportunities were offered for mentoring by representatives from a range of companies.

In a satisfaction survey, participating students wrote comments such as, "I was able to gain a solid understanding of branding," "I wanted to start a business but didn’t know where to begin and felt overwhelmed; after attending the special lecture I feel like I discovered something very significant," and "The lecture gave me a sense that my life may undergo major changes in the future."

Hwang Un-jung, Director of the Entrepreneurship Education Center, said, "Because the first cohort of the Startup Design School held last year received a positive response, we were able to run a second cohort. I hope it provided some help to founders and students preparing to start businesses." He added, "It is regrettable that the program was held online due to the COVID-19 situation, but if circumstances improve, we will make every effort to hold the next special lecture offline to deliver a more vivid and engaging startup lecture."
