Professor Heo Kang-mu (Divsion of Public Science) received a Commendation from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in recognition of his contributions to the advancement of land and transport affairs.

This commendation recognizes Professor Heo's contributions to legislative and policy advisory work on public projects, land expropriation, and compensation for losses.

Professor Heo currently serves as a non-standing member of the Central Land Expropriation Committee. He participates in advisory activities on real estate and housing policy for the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, and the National Assembly Legislative Support Group. He received the Academic Award from the Korean Association of Land Public Law in 2012 and the Young Scholar Academic Award from the Korean Association of Public Law in 2014.
