The School of Pharmacy (Dean Chae Han‑jeong) and the Jeollabuk‑do Pharmacists Association (President Seo Yong‑hun) have partnered to operate practical training for the School of Pharmacy's students at community pharmacies.

The two organizations held a signing ceremony on the morning of November 29 at the Jeollabuk‑do Pharmacists Association Hall, attended by School of Pharmacy Dean Chae Han‑jeong, Jeollabuk‑do Pharmacists Association President Seo Yong‑hun, and other key representatives from both organizations.

Under the agreement, the two organizations agreed to closely cooperate on all matters related to the operation of practical training for Jeonbuk National University (JBNU) School of Pharmacy.

Seo Yong‑hun, President of the Jeollabuk‑do Pharmacists Association, said, 'We are pleased to conclude this agreement ahead of the JBNU School of Pharmacy's first community pharmacy practice placement,' and added, 'We ask for ample cooperation from practitioners in the field to strengthen students' competencies.'

Chae Han‑jeong, Dean of the JBNU School of Pharmacy, said, 'Through cooperation with the Pharmacists Association, opportunities for School of Pharmacy students to undertake practical training at community pharmacies have expanded,' and added, 'We expect this will greatly contribute to training experts in community care and pharmacy services grounded in respect for life.'
