The Medical School is recruiting outstanding new students through early admissions to lead regional and national development.
The Medical School will select 25 students through this early admissions. Applications will be accepted online only at http://www.uwayapply.co.kr from 9:00 AM on June 11 until 5:00 PM on June 13. Applicants must submit first-stage application documents to the Office of Admission between June 11 and June 17.
Candidates who pass the first-stage screening will be announced at 2:00 PM on July 4 via the university admission information website (http://enter.jbnu.ac.kr). After in-depth interviews on August 31, the final successful candidates will be announced at 2:00 PM on September 27.
Eligibility includes holders of a bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited university domestically or abroad, those whose academic qualifications are recognized as equivalent or higher under relevant laws, and persons who are not disqualified from being medical professionals under the Medical Service Act.
Applicants must have an average score of 80 or higher in their bachelor's degree program, take the Medical Education Eligibility Test (MEET) administered this year and score within the top 40% in at least one of its two sections, and meet the following minimum scores on an accredited English proficiency test: TOEFL (CBT 230, iBT 87, PBT 570) or TEPS 730.
The selection procedure will first select 63 candidates through document screening in the first stage. Final admissions will be decided through the second stage in-depth interviews and document evaluations.
Any vacancies remaining after the early admissions round will be filled through the regular admissions general selection.
