Two student start-up clubs at our university have been selected for government support programs, enabling them to establish a stable foundation for entrepreneurship.

The start-up clubs selected for the support programs are 'B2COME' (led by Ji-cho Kim, a fourth-year student in the Division of Electronic Engineering) and 'Pyeonanhan Sesang' (led by Hyun-ju Oh, a third-year student in the Division of Biomedical Engineering). These teams are start-up clubs supported by the Entrepreneurship Education Center of the Industry-University Cooperation, and have strengthened their capabilities over the past year through participation in support projects.

First, the B2COME team was selected for the Youth Start-up Academy program supported by the Small & Medium Business Corporation and will receive 100 million won. This program selects young entrepreneurs and provides comprehensive support from start-up planning to commercialization, fostering young and innovative start-up CEOs.

The team has developed a business model called 'BaroMatch Service', a matching and match-record management service for amateur football teams nationwide. Through an app offering quick accessibility, the service will allow teams to find opponents, manage match records, and handle team administration.

Meanwhile, the Pyeonanhan Sesang team was selected for the social entrepreneur development program supported by the Jeonbuk Economic and Trade Promotion Agency and will receive 50 million won.

The team develops, manufactures, and sells 'Genie Light', a light equipped with essential survival supplies for use in emergencies. In particular, the team plans to operate a social enterprise that uses the profits from sales to hold youth survival healing camps, helping to foster adolescents' social skills and strengthen their will to survive.
