“Let's make Jeonbuk National University (JBNU) a university with high service satisfaction through communication and courtesy.”
Last year, JBNU, which ranked first nationwide in the Korea Standards Association (KSA) Service Quality Index (KS-SQI), is actively taking steps this year to maintain its reputation as a leading university in customer satisfaction.
JBNU conducted communication and courtesy training for all staff on the morning and afternoon of March 21.
Led by Senior Lecturer Eun‑jeong Lee of the Taepyeongyang Education Center, the training covered the importance of communication, the attitudes staff should adopt, and differentiated strategies to become top service personnel. The session provided significant assistance to the staff.
Vice‑President for Administrative Affairs Hong‑gyu Hwang said, “This training was organized to strengthen services through smooth communication with customers and to foster a happy workplace culture,” adding, “Let all JBNU staff further refine their service mindset and continue the reputation as the friendliest institution in the nation.”
