Professor Su-il Ko (Department of Business Administration) has been selected for the 'Top 100 Good Lectures' by the Korean Council for University Education (KCUE) and the Korea Educational Development Institute (KEDI).

KCUE and KEDI have been selecting the most outstanding lectures since 2011 as part of research to develop exemplary models of quality lectures and to identify best-practice cases to enhance the quality of higher education.

The lecture by Professor Su-il Ko selected this year is "Organizational Behavior." It was praised for enabling students to acquire organizational management knowledge through participatory, student-centered classes and for effectively improving their related competencies.

In particular, Professor Ko was highly commended for employing action-learning teaching methods that allow learners to learn through experience and reflection rather than through conventional lecturing.

Professor Ko said, "The learner-centered action-learning approach to my classes has received a positive response from students," adding, "I will continue to work harder to improve students' competencies and to provide high-quality instruction."
