Graduate students from the Department of Industrial Design at Jeonbuk National University (JBNU) won the Encouragement Award (second place) in a promotional brochure contest hosted by Jeonbuk Technopark and received prize money of KRW 1,000,000.

The award winners are Miran Choi (Ph.D. candidate) and Ha-young Song (Master's student). They were evaluated as excellent in overall flow and readability and in conveying information, which is the primary purpose of a promotional brochure.

In particular, they received higher marks for incorporating storytelling into the overall content.

The contest was held for one month from April 20 to May 30 and solicited 16-page promotional brochures intended to make Jeonbuk Technopark's vision and role easy to understand. The winning entries will be published with the winners' full names.

Miran Choi commented, "While creating this work, I focused on incorporating images and storytelling rather than lengthy text, and it seems this aspect received favorable evaluation," adding, "I will use this opportunity to study and learn even more diligently."
