Mind Exploration Project for Graduate Students
Recruitment Period: From Friday, August 8, 2025 until 20 participants are filled (Registration closes by 6:00 PM the day before each program)
Eligibility: Graduate students of Jeonbuk National University (JBNU) and BK21 Educational Research Team graduate students
How to Apply: Apply via JBNU OASIS system → Extracurricular Activities
Venue: Simbonghakdang, next to the Main Gate of JBNU

1. Understanding Myself through Tarot Cards – For Korean graduate students
2. Emotional Healing through Flower Therapy – For international graduate students
3. Exploring Myself within Diverse Relationships using IESS Stress Diagnostic Test – For Korean graduate students
4. Stress Recovery through Color Therapy – For all graduate students
5. Horticultural Therapy – For international graduate students
6. Depression Prevention & Mindfulness by Recognizing Body Signals – For Korean graduate students
7. Boosting Self-Esteem through Personal Color & Body Type Analysis – For international graduate students
8. Preventing Sleep Disorders & Practicing Mindfulness – For all graduate students
