▶Interview
Prof. Lee, Yoon is an assistant professor in the Department of International Trade who teaches international trade payments and internet trade. His research interests lie in cross-border e-commerce, a rapidly growing area of global trade with increasing importance. He has researched on the impact factors, dispute resolution, and consumer protection of cross-border e-commerce.
Specifically, some of his representative research projects include:
A study on the analysis of impact factors of cross-border e-commerce, identifies the factors that affect the volume of e-commerce exports and imports and compares them with traditional trade.
A study on dispute resolution in cross-border e-commerce, investigates the types of disputes that arise in cross-border e-commerce and the solutions for resolving them.
A study on consumer protection in cross-border e-commerce, compares consumer protection laws in cross-border e-commerce and investigates ways to improve Korean consumer protection laws.
Currently, his plan is to delve further into the research on dispute resolution in cross-border e-commerce to explore ways to effectively resolve disputes that arise in cross-border e-commerce.
